What  is an "Adjuster" and what is a 'Public Adjuster"
 

An adjuster is someone who determines the dollar amount of your property damage claim.

There are 3 types of adjusters

​

  • Company or Staff Adjuster - Works for the insurance company

  • Independent Adjuster - Works for the insurance company

  • Public Adjuster - Works for the public and not for the insurance company

A public adjuster is your insurance property damage claim advocate. We will file your claim, work with your insurance companies adjuster, assess and inventorying your damaged property, prepare and submit detailed estimates to indemnify you, and assist you with your relocation needs. We will review your policy carefully to make sure you recover every dime which you are entitled to.
